The dream is a natural, living phenomenon – working to understand our dreams will have an effect on many aspects of our lives.
Dreams have always been important to humanity, but in modern times we have lost the ability to understand what our dreams are telling us. In this 10 week guide, adapted from the courses the author has run successfully for many years, the reader is provided with a step-by-step guide to interpret and work through dreams. The guide can also be used by counsellors and other professionals to work with clients’ dreams.
